    Initially inspired by the feminicidios in Juarez where hundreds of women and girls were murdered, over a period of a decade, the pink crosses became a symbol of the “Ni Una Mas” (not one more) movement used by activists who marched in demand of justice and an end to the impunity.

    Those murders are yet unsolved. Unpunished.

    Pink Crosses is a reaction to violence against the innocent. Pink Crosses is dedicated to victims of violence, exploitation and oppression around the world. Proceeds from the sale of this single will benefit the students and family members of the #ayotzinapa 43. On September 26, 2014, 43 students from a rural teacher's college in Ayotzinapa were forcefully disappeared in the state of Guerrero, Mexico. This tragedy is another example of impunity and violence against those unable to defend themselves, perpetrated by those in power.
